In order to better serve our members, Mercy Credit Union will be performing a system upgrade with our processor. During this time, some of our services will be down from Sunday at midnight through 10 a.m. Monday, September 18.
The following services will be down for the system upgrade from Sunday at midnight through as late as 10 a.m. Monday:
- Online Banking
- Mobile App
- Debit Cards
- ATM Cards
- Credit Cards
Our goal is to have the upgraded system up and running as soon as possible. However, please plan accordingly for your cash needs or have an alternate form of payment available. If you have any questions, please contact your local branch office. We apologize for any inconvenience. This system upgrade is the first of two upgrades that will allow us to serve you better.
